Recreational Flag Football is designed for kids of all abilities to learn basic gameplay in a fun, confidence-building environment. With an easy commitment, teams practice one hour per week and play games once a week. Coaches are trained and provided a clear curriculum, and families can request coaches or friends to enhance the experience.

• Ages: 4 - 12 yrs boys and girls
  
• Practice: Once a week for an hour (Th) - Phoenix Christian High School 
  
• Game days: 7 game days (Sat mornings) - Phoenix Christian High School 
  
• Seasons: 8 weeks; spring and fall seasons
  
• Registration fee: $95
• Uniform fee: $20
• Cost includes: practice shirt, flag belt, and award
• Equipment needed: footwear, football
