Basic Information:
Trip Dates: October 12 - 23, 2023

What will we be doing?

• A dental clinic will be held to fulfill a large dental need at Bulembu town and in the community.

Who can go?

• This trip is for experienced world travelers (plane flight is LONG). 
• Participants must be 18 years or older to travel. 
• Participants need to be in good health and able to walk a lot.
• Dental clinic - Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants will be very welcomed on this team.  

Requirements:
Failure to commit to these requirements means CCV has the right to ask you not to participate in the trip. 

• Passport must be valid and in hand by September 1, 2023. Cannot expire before June 2024. 
• Complete a full background check.
• Attend CCV's Starting Point class (if you haven't already been)
• Attend all pre-trip preparation meetings -  TBD

Trip Cost: $3000.00 per person

Included in this fee: Airfare from Phoenix to Swaziland, accommodations, transportation and meals while in country. This fee also covers medical insurance, visa fee, luggage fees, and pre-trip materials.
Not included: Passport fees, any shots you elect to get, and any personal spending money for meals during travel and souvenirs.

$300 deposit per person is non-refundable at the time of registration. If a cancellation is made after airline tickets have been purchased you will be responsible for the cost of the ticket.
Final Balance is due October 1, 2023.
