CHOOSE A
PATH.
MAKE AN
IMPACT.

CCV’s Residency offers specialized ministry tracks so you can grow in your specific area of passion and gifting. You’ll be immersed in real ministry work while gaining practical skills and spiritual growth.

Invest in the next generation by helping create engaging, gospel-centered environments where kids experience Jesus in fun and age-appropriate ways. You’ll support weekend programming, volunteer development, and family connection strategies.

Walk alongside junior high and high school students as they navigate faith and life. You’ll gain experience planning events, leading small groups, and equipping volunteers to disciple the next generation.

Use the platform of youth sports to connect with families and share the love of Jesus. You’ll help run leagues, develop leaders, and create environments where faith and competition intersect.

Help shape how people experience and engage with CCV—both in person and online. In this track, you’ll create compelling visuals, manage content across digital platforms, and support communication strategies that reach people with the gospel. From photography and design to social media and storytelling, you’ll use creativity to make a meaningful impact.

Help lead people into worship by supporting the musical and spiritual preparation of weekend services. You’ll collaborate on setlists, rehearsals, and the spiritual development of worship volunteers.

Support CCV’s local and global outreach efforts by mobilizing people to serve, coordinating with partners, and helping organize mission trips that create life change both near and far.

Bring weekend services to life through excellence in audio, video, and lighting. You’ll gain hands-on experience running gear, executing services, and supporting CCV’s creative environments.

Be part of the team that makes CCV feel like home for every guest. You’ll lead volunteers, craft welcoming environments, and ensure every person has a meaningful first step toward connection.

Lead people in every life stage toward deeper connection with Christ through groups, events and care ministries. You’ll develop skills in teaching, pastoral care, and adult discipleship.
